Terrible customer service. Bought a 2025 SQ6 etron from them recently and the customer service experience has been terrible. Would not recommend anyone buying from them. From management to sales to service, all just terrible and leaves a bad taste after such an expensive purchase. Suggest Audi Canada look into this dealership and teach them how to deal with customers in a responsive and respectful manner. buy your Audi from elsewhere
I was at this location a couple days ago to pick up my mothers car and i was shocked by how the service manager at this location spoke to his employees. he was furthest thing from professional and i am not sure how his employees tolerate being spoken to that way. he is the definition of a power trip and someone should put this guy in his place. not a good look on this business at all.

Amazing Customer Service experience. Adam not only answered all my questions but helped me narrow down my choices and pick the vehicle that best suited my needs.
