Rude and Unprofessional Owner I had a terrible experience with Consumer Auto Parts. The owner treated me with complete disrespect during my call, speaking to me in a rude and dismissive tone. In the middle of explaining my situation, they hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable, especially coming from the person running the business. I will never deal with them again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place if they expect to be treated with even basic respect.

Went in with some issues with my vehicle and asked for a rough price even though I know that’s always hard. They gave me a price and when I picked it up it was cheaper than it was quoted. (Awesome) I also got an oil Changed on top of what I originally asked for. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and very quick turn around. Very impressed and will return. Thanks guys!

Good place, but I was denied by a mechanic for a easy fix( the mechanic didn’t even look at the car) when the boss said it was fine. I ended up just doing it myself.
100% customer service great guys to deal with trust me left my car with them for months because I had parking issues after buying and they never bothered me only to call they needed to know if I was fine trust me no regrets
