Excellent and informative customer service! Helped me find the right cable quickly. Almost was going to buy the wrong one, but he made sure I got the one that would be best for me. Thanks man!

Bought a laptop from here a couple days ago, out of the box, the camera module was completely inoperable, OS had multiple vulnerabilities and the battery module disengaged from the board in days. Buyer beware.

I struggled for a long time before deciding to publish this. I see a few highly negative reviews here and most of them complain about rudeness - especially on the telephone. I believe I know the reason why. Sam is Asian and English is his second language. He speaks with a little accent. But it's not very much of an accent at all. Consequently, people may have some small difficulty from time to tome understanding what he says - especially over the phone. But that is hardly any reason to accuse him of rudeness. He has never displayed the tiniest bit of rudeness to me. Currently, many people seem to have bad feelings towards Asians. That is most unfortunate because if you are only willing to just listen a little more carefully and maybe ask Sam to repeat something occasionally, you will find that he is a wonderful resource. It sure doesn't take much effort. Sam has an excellent understanding of PCs and repairs to PCs and his prices are very reasonable. If only you are willing to just act with a little understanding and kindness, you will be rewarded many times over.

Sometimes "too good to be true" can still be true. I found a used Macbook on their website for far less than the same model anywhere else. Due to a glitch with the shipping cost calculator I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Sam directly. cosmetically the unit was in far better shape than expected, pristine almost. even the battery performed great and a brand new power supply came with it. Shipped the day after I ordered it. Small, local retailer beats the big box! Thanks for making shopping local the best choice!

I bought a TV box from this store before. I was told at the time of purchase that this is the fastest and newest. After a year when I took it back for a problem update, the same person told me that box is too old for the new programs and I need to buy a new one!! Just recently I went back to reset and program a different box and now after the reprogramming, the remote control is not working, so I had to buy a new one to use my tv box again!! Very frustrating!!

Beware of 20% restocking fee. The moment you pay, you will never get all your money back, so think twice. Whether you bought something that doesn’t work as expected or changed your mind, in a best case scenario you will get only 80% of what you paid. You can get a store credit, but that might or might not be what you want. Verdict: the store might be ok for small, inexpensive, virtually unbreakable items like cables or batteries, but for something pricey think again and consider a store that is customer-friendly. Oh, and there’s a 5% credit card processing fee, too.

Purchased a "fully tested" Apple Mac mini which turned out to produce hardware error. Wasted $50 on "restocking fee" when returning. While claiming "fully tested" they have no idea what Apple Hardware Test is. Yes, they have 15-day return policy, but small print says there's 20% restocking fee which I wasted. Other options were: a) store credit (why would one need a credit in a store that sells faulty hardware claiming it to be "fully tested"?) b) repairing "fully tested" item (how they can even do that assuming they are even unable to test it properly?) c) upgrading to a more expensive model (trust is broken already, no way!) Hope my experience learned hard way will help someone.
