Had a fantastic cooking class this evening with chef Andrea. He's really talented with pasta and he gave great instructions - now we feel very inspired to try more handmade pasta!
As experienced pizza makers, we came away with a better understanding of the history of pizza and the pizza making process. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chef Luciano. The pizza was delicious!

Chef Luciano visited our kindergarten class today for a virtual cooking class where he taught us all how to make ricotta gnocchi and tomato sauce. The children, parents, grandparents and teachers all had a wonderful time with chef Luciano. He was so friendly, educational and engaging! The students loved learning about measurement and nutrition not to mention learning a practical skill such as cooking with an authentic Italian chef. I would highly recommend this experience to any teachers looking to connect with their students and do something fun together throughout their online teaching experiences. Chef Luciano really made our children's day a little brighter today! Thank you chef!
We took Chef Luciano's mozzarella class and it was a lot of fun. Chef Luciano is a wealth of knowledge, walked us through it very professionally and made us feel very comfortable.
