We purchased a sliding door to enclose a den in our condo unit. From start to finish, Chelsey was welcoming and attentive, following up every step of the way. Although the manufacturing process took about 10–12 weeks, it was well worth the wait—the final result turned out great. The sliding door fits seamlessly with the unit's decor—it looks like it was part of the original design.
Seema needs to take a little more pride in her attention to detail. Absolute waste of 2 days confirming the same details over and over ending in a email telling me to lower a bill head to entertain their sliding door. Buyer beware and shop elsewhere. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
Doors are high quality. Service and attention to detail very poor. Picked up a set of frameless glass doors. The doors were well packed (which I paid an extra $225.00 ) for. When picking up the doors, the warehouse crew initially did not want to help in the loading of the crate. There were numerous hardware parts missing which eventually was resolved with a seperate trip. There are no instructions on the installation of the handles which are still loose and flopping. Overall as I said, doors are of high quality but service is very poor. One wood expect a higher level on doors that cost in excess of $4000.00
There’s hardly something in my home that I appreciate more than the sheer beauty and quality of my new sliding doors. The product is exquisite and the sales and installation teams were great to work with.
They sent someone out for measuring and a quote promptly. The installers were on time and installed the door quickly. The product is high quality and I’m very happy with it!
Absolute waste of time. Reviews below are from people that only have between 1-3 reviews... smells like fake. Called them to get someone to come in and do a quote. Instead I was told to send measurements and that the price would vary a little once I came in the showroom and chose the materials and that if I wanted someone to come in it would cost $150 (sorry I have to pay you to give you business? a little upside down ...) We live in a time when almost everything can be purchased online and this company still expects you to go to their brick and mortar location for a service that is custom made which will require them to come to your place no matter what. Evolve or dissolve. Even after this I still sent them the measurements and received the most expensive quote I've gotten so far for the job. Don't waste your time. On the upside the lady that helped me seemed nice and you could tell she was a slave of their own system.
My requirement was to have an aluminum low profile frame and frosted glass. Frame was to match the window frames of the house and glass would compliment the oversized window glasses throughout the modern built home. At first I thought the price quoted was high but I knew they will be of high quality. Long story short, I went with it and upon receiving the doors, I was pleasantly surprised with their quality.
