Very unprofessional place. I waited almost 3 hours for my order, and when I asked for an update, no one could give a clear answer. Staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing, and some even looked sick.

I was very disappointed with the service at IBY Restaurant. The staff showed little respect or attention to customers, and the waiting time for orders was far too long. Good food and a welcoming attitude go hand in hand, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve customer service and efficiency.
I had one of the worst dining experiences at Iby Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was slow and dismissive. It took forever just to get menus, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold, flavorless, and clearly not fresh. For the prices they charge, the quality was unacceptable. But what really shocked me was how disrespectful the owner was. When we calmly voiced our concerns, instead of addressing the issue, they were rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology — just attitude. Iby might look stylish from the outside, but don't be fooled. It’s all show and no substance. Between the poor food, bad service, and unwelcoming management, I’ll never go back — and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
One of the best meals we had! Thank you!! The food was tasty, healthy, good balance, generous portion and an amazing hot sauce that just hit the spot! The staff are super friendly and kind. The washrooms were super clean and fragrant with lotas! We had the steak, salmon and pasta and fried chicken.
The food here is amazing. Ordered the Sport Combo and when it cam the portion was so generous that it could've feed 5 people. Though they say it feeds 3-4 people. And the it only cost less than $50. Cant wait to go back to this place.
There is a older gentleman at cashier is very very rude He should not treat customer that way I hope owners should take notice when the customers tell you how they have been treated
