Hi Folks don't go their i was given a glasses prescription without any prior explanation. I’d like to understand my results and whether glasses are necessary i just met their zahar nehsat she was not motivated on her job avoid to book visit.

The owner of Optical World is very honest and trustworthy person. They have excellent customer care service and they are always willing to help you after sales their product. Mr. Snehal always gives you right advice for the best product and they are very helpful for the warranty. I would recommend to visit the store to save money.
I recently visited this optical store for an eye exam, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. An older lady at the front was openly berating an elderly man who also worked there. I'm not sure if it's a family-run business and that's just how they interact, but it's incredibly unprofessional to argue in front of customers. I had chosen this place specifically because I was told they direct bill insurance. However, when I showed up, they tried to charge me $80 in cash and insisted I pay upfront instead. Only when I mentioned that I would just go to another clinic that actually accepts my insurance—since I have 100% coverage—did they suddenly agree to direct bill after all. It felt dishonest and left a bad taste. As for the eye exam, the optometrist barely spent five minutes with me. She looked at my old glasses and immediately said there was no change in my prescription, without performing what I would consider a full and proper exam. While it's possible my vision hasn't changed, the rushed approach made me question the accuracy and thoroughness of the evaluation. To top it off, when I asked for my pupillary distance (PD) before leaving, the same older woman refused to provide it because I wasn’t buying glasses from them. I even offered to pay for the measurement, but she still declined. Overall, I regret bringing my business here. The staff was unprofessional, the service felt rushed and insincere, and the entire experience left me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to others.
