My family and I went there to look for hardwood flooring as our house is currently being renovated. Immediately, upon entering, we were greeted with a bad attitude and coldness by the woman at the desk. She responded condescendingly to the questions we asked her and seemed reluctant to answer anything, as well as giving us blunt and unclear responses; she also didn't have any patience for when we didn't understand something she said very well. It made all of us very uncomfortable, as we felt very judged. From the get go, it seemed like there was no intention at all to make a sale to us. Very disappointing experience - we would have stayed longer and potentially purchased some flooring if the saleswoman wasn't so unreceptive, and we came with high hopes because of the good reviews. Every other hardwood flooring store we've visited during our renovations have been far more accommodating and friendly than here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Nice and clean materials. On time and very Precise installers. Totally Great job. A bit pricey materials but really recommended for luxurious projects.
