IAAC has fun classes with friendly and capable trainers who are fully invested not only in your health and fitness, but also just getting to know you as a person. On top of that, my classmates are all ages from all walks of life with no egos or arrogance, just support and encouragement. Liv and Lanre and the whole Iron Alliance crew have built an amazing space and community over there, go check it out!
I highly recommend Iron Alliance for anyone who is serious about investing in themselves. I just passed my 1 year anniversary and am posting this picture because that should say it all - but doesn't. I went looking for a gym that could get me feeling better and on a path to health, which we all do with any gym. The difference here are the coaches and the members. Big shout out to Coaches Lanre, Liv and Malika who invested in me. They designed a plan specifically for me, changed as we went including nutrition, @home routines, strength training, schedules and weekly accountability checkins. I went in with high hopes and lots of doubts. A year later I am now working towards strength and mobility I have never had. If you have tried and failed or finally committed to trying give the team here a chance - you won't be disappointed.
I have had an amazing experience at Iron Alliance. It is a very inclusive environment. I hadn't worked out in years, and the coaches are very attentive to ensure that I know how to do each exercise to achieve maximum benefit and to avoid any injury. I love that classes have a maximum of 6 people so you feel comfortable asking questions and getting the attention you need from the coaches. After struggling to lose one pound a month on my own and with other fitness/nutrition advisors, I lost 8lbs in my first month with Iron Alliance and didn't even notice! It was only when my workout pants started falling down that I realized I had changed my body. Also, it's so empowering to lift weights! I can't believe I hadn't tried it before, but in other gyms it was intimidating. I can't say enough about my experience, it has been positive and fun.
I had a great experience at Iron Alliance! Great coaches, friendly people, and most of all, it was challenging! I've played multiple sports throughout my life but never really challenged myself with lifting. The six-week program really gave me confidence to push my physical limits and focus on flexibility as well as strength.
It’s my day1 and Coach Lanray asked me to do squats. It was a bit hard for me to do deep squats with proper form. The he showed me 3 stretches. By the end of the session, deep squats felt like a breeze!!! That is just one example, and that too on day1 I have had a few trainers in the past, but I have never felt targeted results like this before! Looking forward to update my review with my results in 6-7 weeks. Note: I am a middle aged, out of shape guy, with a busy schedule, who does some cardio, and has a shit load of injuries ;) (So temper your expectations :) )
The best place to start your fitness journey! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. They put your safety first and always like to have a good time. The encouragement and community at this gym is like no other. This is the only place that made me feel like I actually want to work out and want to make that effort to go out to Iron Alliance to move my body. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. Shout out to all the best coaches!
Iron Alliance is not only an excellent facility with top quality equipment, they also have incredible trainers. Liv & Lanre are passionate and ensure you have a top quality workout pushing you to your full potential while also keeping focused on your form. Each class has a max of six people and everyone who goes to this gym is friendly and is there to support you on your fitness journey. No matter how much I lift I feel supported as I continue to get stronger ?!
