Purchased items online where it notes free shipping over $99. I purchased almost $150 worth of products. Received an email later that day saying my order was too heavy and not free to ship. Cancelled my order. Too many companies say free shipping then after you pay demand high shipping rates. Buyer beware!
I bought some black seed oil & spirulina among other items on Monday 6th around 1-2pm. To give context I am a man of colour with dreadlocks and a beard. As per usual, whatever isle I went in an employee found themselves having something to do in the same isle… what are the odds lol. I will admit their prices are competitive within the area hands down, but being followed around while I shop…. No beuno. To the owners of Qi not every person of colour is a criminal. Some of us actually work for a living. I would’ve left a 5 star review, but the micro aggressions exhibited by staff is cringe worthy at best.
One of my favourite health natural store on this area. Great selection of medicine, soap, and organic food. Very friendly staff. I’m so grateful to have this store close to us.
I don't know what is wrong with this establishment. The Queen West location is run by terrible cashiers and management that are extremely rude and unhelpful. Have they been enslaved? Are they forced to work there? I asked if they had something that was way down the end of the store, and they lied and said they didn't have it. How do I know? Their answer was indifferent, so I didn't believe them, and sure enough the product was there! They do everything in their power to make you feel unwanted. They sell expired items, but even if it's on sale - you don't sell certain things beyond the expiry date. You just cut your losses or return to the manufacturer. Terrible customer service, and staff. I hope a new health food store takes their place.
I travelled across town today to visit this store because they carry a shampoo and conditioner I prefer. I was followed closely around the store and treated with such hostility as to deter any future visits. Although I can appreciate loss prevention efforts and I do wear a long puffer coat, such aggressiveness is completely undue. I do not recommend this store. For the owner: I’m sorry for your business if you’re losing money due to theft. Please take care and be mindful of respecting clientele.
Incredible service! Made order online and it was delivered for free by bike courier within 2 hours and 20 minutes! Beat that evil corporate empire that shall not be named!
I’ve shopped there for years... local and convenient. Their service and friendliness has always been second rate and their prices on the high end. I spend $1000 / month there. Today we had a dispute over $10. My wife and I couldn’t believe their rigidity and rudeness. Go elsewhere for better service, nicer people and better pricing. Dr, Joe
