This People are great. I have many friends I sent to them, and they were amazing. Now we had two cases with them and hands down. I recommend it to everybody. No hustle, no extreme bill just wins.
I paid for a traffic ticket, but a few days later, I received a call claiming I owed them money from 19 years ago (2006). They insisted I pay another amount, or they wouldn’t represent me in court. We argued back and forth because they couldn’t provide any evidence of the debt. I didn’t want to continue the dispute, so I decided to attend court in person to request an adjournment. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that M. Mateluna (and their associate) was already present on Zoom. They were telling the judge that they intended to plead guilty on my behalf. As soon as I walked into the courtroom, the judge paused and asked for my name. I told him, and the judge acknowledged me, saying, “M. Mateluna, the defendant is here.” He then gave me the chance to explain myself. I briefly told the judge what had happened and mentioned that I was in the process of hiring new legal representation. The judge was very understanding and gracious. He adjourned the case and gave me a new date to return. I hired a new paralegal, Paul, from the Keele and Wilson area in North York. On the set court date, Paul appeared on my behalf and managed to convince the judge to throw out the ticket. The case was dismissed, and I didn’t have to pay any fines. However, this so called company, M. Mateluna Professional Corporation (also known as Stop Traffic Ticket), is still refusing to refund my money. They owe me a refund for the initial payment I made. Be very careful with this company—they are unprofessional, disorganized, and extremely rude, they seem to be only interested in grabbing money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding support I received from my lawyer regarding a stop sign ticket that would have added 3 demerit points to my license. Thanks to their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail, the charge was successfully resolved, and the points were removed.
Complete scammers. Fully lied to me, literally promised they would get my ticket quashed. Then, once I paid them, backtracked and told me they couldn't do anything to help.
I went to their office in person, paid the fee upfront and they took care of my case. Fighting time is a bit long but No conviction, no charge. service fee is reasonable. their associate is nice. Haha, I am a ticket free man now. I highly recommand this firm!
It's Scam, Mark claimed to win but then plead guilty to a lesser charge, which you could easily done yourself. Save your money and find real paralegal
Had a speeding ticket was told this was a major Violation. So I spoke to Mark and he insured he could have it reduced. He never promised any more then that. I was happy with that. However Mark not only had the ticket reduced he went way beyond his original comment to me and had the ticket completely withdrawn. I can't express how happy I am with Mark and his staff. Thanks for the Christmas present. If in the future I need this type of service again you can be sure I will be a returing Clint for life. although I hope not. Will not hesitate to recommend you and you company to anyone who could benefit from your service. Best money I spent in a long time.
