Stressful docter sent e-mail for appointment and there email not replay calling them back not answer , leaving voice mail don't care / denaied , pushed you to pay $50 dollar no show up , discusting
I’m very glad to walk in to this clinic back on April, I was very bad on sugar and other issues Dr Mary’s advice put me back to normal, the reception ladies are lovely with patients, and pharmacy’s guys have hight customer service with patients as well.
Terrible customer service, my appointment was interrupted 4 times cuz the doctor was doing all over else jobs In the place , not felt like care or well considered about my health just about papers and other things
I have been here for 2 years and every visit was great. Reception was fast and efficient and also does blood work and urinal test that I didn’t know until recently that not every clinics do! Wait time was also not that long. Dr. Rofail took great care of me and wife. She took great care of my wife during her pregnancy and delivered healthy baby 6 months ago! Since we moved to different region I can’t go for another visit to say thank you but would love to use this opportunity to say thank you to reception ladies, Dr. Rofail and even pharmacists.
they should change the name to hopeless. Worst experience ever. I heard the doctor mary say that she is running a business not some charity in a room full of patients.
This place is a scam, I don't know how ohip let them get away with billing for nothing, they know they cannot help you after you explain to the receptionist but they still book you to see the doctor then doctor said cannot help me I should see my family doctor then still bill ohip for the visit
Long waiting times, spent 3 hours there as there was only one doctor taking her regular appointments plus walk-ins, she was clearly overwhelmed. The receptionist was unorganized, inattentive, and wouldn't greet, help/guide the patients as they come in. The examination rooms are way too small but clean. The Doctor was polite and she took the time to ask everything related to my visit and clearly explained her diagnosis. The Doctor is the only reason why the clinic got any stars from me.
