I wont go back to Dr.Khalil. He is from the Vaughan location with a new office upstairs on Jane street. I wish I read the reviews at his other office first before wasting my time. I felt he was rude and condescending to me as a pregnant woman. I went with my husband and there was a clear difference with how he spoke to him vs me in terms of respect. He was dismissive towards me for the entire appointment and didn’t take an ounce of responsibility for their scheduling errors… When I mentioned it, he tried to gaslight us and give a lecture saying we were wrong for bringing it up. I understand that mistakes are made, and was willing to give him grace, but he was continuously hostile after it was brought up and he made me feel uncomfortable for having said anything. He also made other comments that that I perceived as sexist. There were many red flags aside from these, and the experience was off putting from the moment we arrived. This is my honest opinion, and I'm not sure why the response from this practice is to accuse me of slander, as everything I am saying just happened to me. However, I do appreciate making the decision to avoid this doctor at all costs as easy as possible for me.
Front desk staff are very cordial, respectful and welcoming. Wait times to see the doctor is minimal if you come on the appointed time. And above all, the doctors are very nice, professional,knowledgeable and provide excellent service. A big shout out to Dr. Kennedy.
The doctors are great; however, nobody answers the phone here… They require 24 hours notice to book an appointment, cancel an appointment, get prescriptions refilled, but you cannot get through nor is there a voicemail. This is very poor communication. How are we supposed to contact you for anything?
It's exactly what the name says: White Clinic. Lately, I've been noticing an alarming change within the medical system and how they are conducting systematic racism by turning away certain people/non white people from accessing urgent care, it's almost laughable that they think this is ok. To elaborate a bit further. Today (july 5th 2023) i went to this place to seek medical attention because I'm in pain and hospitals are "overwhelmed. To dismay, i was told by the receptionist that there are 3 doctors on site, and they are only taking appointments, i then told her I'd like to book an appointment to come back. She then responds with, "they need to be your family doctor in order to see one of them." I said, "ok, no worries, where can i sign up to make one of them my family doctor? "... she then reaches for a pen and paper and writes down a number. She gave me the number stating, "Call the number to find one in your area!!!" I can not comprehend such ineptitude behaviors. This is people's health that is being culled and its appalling. I do hope AI take their position because some humans are vile creatures. Nevertheless, if you're considered a "minority" in these people's lenses. I urge you to stay away from here/Whites Medical centers.
I don't leave bad reviews so this will be my first I believe. I've lived in the neighborhood for over a decade now and this has been the place I go to when I have an medical issue. I wanted to go to get a check up and being a walk in clinic I just walked in. Apparently it has changed, you have too make an appointment now, there not accepting patients and it's a family doctor. I'm so confused, it's says walk in clinic on the outside but it's now family doctor? If anyone can clarify this, that would be great otherwise I unfortunately have to find somewhere to do my check ups.
Imagine being the victim of an assault an seeking medical attention and being told 10 min before the close No and being told to go somewhere else. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Absolutely unacceptable
I am highly disappointed the way my case is being handle in this office. Why being in a rush when you are dealing with lives. Several mistake I had complained same mistakes keep going on. I dont honour their words.
