I have been coming to Excellent Health Care Centre for my ultrasounds, and I have always been treated extremely well by the staff. Because of that great experience, I also brought my mom here when she needed her ultrasound. It has definitely been my go-to place since my first visit. I highly recommend them

I had a concerning bad experience at Excellence Health Care X-Ray & Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Centre, located at 2700 Dufferin St, Unit 56, York, ON M6B 4J3, around 9 to 11 am ,when I underwent an abdominal and vaginal ultrasound on December 3, 2025. The exam lasted over two hours, much longer than expected, and during the procedure, the technician was talking on the phone, which affected their focus. Additionally, they switched machines without proper precautions and mishandled the equipment, causing discomfort AND since the procedure, I have been experiencing pain and light vaginal bleeding, which has caused significant worry. Despite our attempts to get more information about the procedure, the staff was uncooperative. I request that the procedures be reviewed to ensure that proper standards of care are followed and that corrective measures are taken to prevent others from going through a similar experience.
Horrible experience. The tech looked at me and said my baby was dead. No sympathy, no nothing. Then proceeded to give me attitude. I will NEVER EVER go here again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Very professional, friendly and quick service! We needed an Ultrasound and x-rays real quick before an MRI and the staff at Excellence, EXCELLED! and they were able to provide images on the spot!
I have been coming in for over 10 years and it’s the only diagnostic facility that I will take myself or my children to. Everyone is nervous when it comes to have ultrasounds done because most often we are going because there is something wrong or something unknown going on in our bodies. The staff here has consistently made me feel comfortable and at ease and have always done everything they can to calm my anxiety. I recently had an ultrasound done for myself and my son and the receptionist and technician made sure he was comfortable they entire time. As a parent, this means a lot to me. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to have imaging done to visit their clinic.
It would be nice if some actually answered the phone…is it possible that the number is incorrect or that no one actually answers the phone? We showed up and were told no X-rays on Sundays. Perhaps that would be helpful to note on the website or maybe even on the answering machine since no one answers the phone.
