We booked an appointment for 3:40 and they only started at 4:20… I had a banquet at 6 and still have to finish getting ready. They messed up my sisters nails.. she asked for normal nail polish and they started cutting her nails. She asked them what they were doing and they said putting on acrylics.
Loved my experience here! The staff are super friendly and the vibe is relaxing. The pedicure massage felt amazing, and the guy who did my nails really knows his stuff - he takes his time to perfect the shape every time. Prices are affordable too. Definitely my new go-to spot!
Very sweet staff but really untidy art. I won't lie I did ask for a bunny head instead of a heart on the day of the appointment but even the tips are untidy. And the colour is also not at all what I wanted and I was not the only person as colour who had to beg for the colour I wanted because they said the colour 'wouldn't look good on me.' I understand they were overbooked and stressed but there was a lady there who booked day of, and came in with a complex design and they catered to her every need.
This was by far the worse nail experience I have ever gone through. First off, I booked an apt for 430pm yesterday for a bio gel refill and pedi and walked out 3hrs later with just my hands done. The design I asked for, I was told they could do, but then continued to tell me how challenging it was after initially committing to it with no issue. After being in the chair for over 2hrs, with only the biogel refill part done, the technician cut me twice and never listened to the color choices I wanted. The picture was provided and at this point needed to switch technicians. The guy who took over, sloppy applied the design with no attention to detail and continued to blame me for changing my mind regarding the design. Meanwhile there was a photo in front of him the entire time and the only reason I changed my mind about the color in the end was to get out of there faster. The one technician also chimed in and said that the first technician has her ‘good and bad days’.They also then tried to say I was a walk in and never booked, after I called that day around 12 to book with them on the phone directly. After being in the chair for over 3 hours, getting my fingers cut and scraped (see pictures below), by a technician who i quote has ‘good and Bad days’ , I am basically forced into letting them take pictures of my hands after I was already visibly upset. Turning my hand in multiple directions while he was taking various angles. It was so awkward. All I can say is - I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years, don’t consider myself to be that ‘picky’ . I’ve never in the hundreds of times of getting my nails done have I ever dealt with such unprofessionalism. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Attached below you will see the final product I walked out with, after over 3 hours and 2 technicals. Look at the cut in the first picture.
The first time I come here to get a manicure and pedicure, it was a wonderful experience for me, the nail technicians here are very friendly, cute and very attentive to taking care of me, the nail salon is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back.
