These two people are not professionals. Our first visit we asked that they TRIM his fur short. Yes we did. We didn't know any better. Your not supposed to cut a giant Schnauzer's undercoat. They did not know that. That would be grooming 101. They were talking about being professionals. I didn't tell my wife I was going back because she will not give anybody a second chance. I do. So, l make an appointment and show up ten minutes early. For the second time they call in sic. Yup, in July they called in sick. Made another appointment with them. I asked that they TRIM his beard and I want to see his eyes. Also TRIM his private parts. I very much feel that I have been discriminated against by these two people. I'm ok with that because it happens daily with me. However, this time poor Aarie took the brunt of this kind of discrimination. It's very clear in the pictures that no one would ask to shave down to the skin. Aarie will be ok, he's just very uncomfortable. How inhumane can they be to take revenge on a six month old puppy. Really hard to find a reliable groomer in Toronto that is also taking clients - been very impressed with both Ilana and Suzanne here! You can tell a lot of care is put into the service and treatment of the dogs, and they don't just use clippers over my long-hair'd buddy, they actually just trim/tidy him as I request and it always looks great! Fair prices too - highly recommend!
She’s the best !!! I’ve never had a groomer to go above and beyond the way Rock N Puppercuts dose! my penny is so shy and scared but she makes sure she’s always telling her how good she is and is such a loving soul that penny calms down and builds trust with her by mid appointment she was giving her kisses ? and was less nervous she’s amazing and so talented and knows her stuff ! I won’t go anywhere else I suggest if your looking for a groomer shes your girl !!! Trust me you won’t regret it ! Thank you again for everything u do <3
We were recommended to get our puppy groomed by Ilana by a friend and we've been taking our pomeranian to Ilana since he was 3 months old. She is the sweetest groomer and genuinely cares about her clients. She gives us adorable little report cards letting us know how Rambo behaves after every visit and our puppy loves her too! I'd highly recommend her as she has never left us disappointed!
My dog looks great and feels so much better without the mats in his hair. Ilana even cleaned his ears and let us know he needed to see the vet. We took her advice and his allergies are much better. Our big dog usually hates being groomed and gets very anxious. He was really comfortable with Ilana. Will definitely be bringing him back.
Ilana groomed my Bichon Frise Emma for over 10 years, right up until Emma crossed over Rainbow Bridge earlier this year. Ilana is an excellent groomer who cares for the pets in her care as she would her own. If I should ever get another dog you can be sure this dog will be groomed by Ilana. She's not only a great groomer, she is a wonderful person.
