I stopped visiting this store when I had issues with the buy 12 bags get one free. It should be explained to customers in advance. The owner isn't friendly, and she has an attitude. Their cat grass which they sell for 8 dollars you can buy at Pet Value for 3.99 or 2.99 smaller size. Won't shop at place where the staff is rude and supplies overpriced.
Best pet food store in the St. Clair West area or in the city for that matter! Owners are amazing and their delivery service is so convenient. No other retailers that I know provide this service without using a delivery service. Makes a huge difference! Thank you Pet Mama!
My dog & I love going into Pet Mama on Bathurst. The ladies are awesome. The delivery is amazing. The delivery man is wonderful! Sweet, polite, and cute. :)They have all the products a big box store has, but it's Canadian eh!
this store is stocked full of all you need. the staff are so helpful and kind as well! they have a points card and it’s great because i have two cats so i can save on cat liter and food. thanks!

Absolutely amazing store. I struggle to find a good variety of cat food but walking into to this place, that has changed. I was blown away at the variety of foods they had for cats. Earn cash back and rewards incentives. Love love love this place wish I found it sooner. The staff were super helpful, friendly and informative.
This used to be my go to pet store but not any more. I purchased a very expensive lead here a few weeks ago. The fabric started fraying already after only less than a week of use. I called asking if they would be able to exchange it but was told no. They still carry the product but are not willing to exchange. I don't even want my money back! The lead works great because it is an escape proof harness. All I wanted was an exchange. Unfortunately, I called the manufacturer but am getting no where with them too. I guess I am now stuck with a faulty product. Lesson learned.
