Walked in a year ago was a good friendly experience. Walked in again today Saturday at around 130pm was a good experience again quick service and friendly if you need a walk in this is the one I recommend.
The doctor - Dr Idowu Adegboyega is my family physician and I can confirm that he is very attentive and his care has really helped my health conditions - Sickle Cell improve greatly. Although, I think he is using too much energy walking in and out of his office to call patients in by turn. The pharmacist always make sure I get my prescription as soon as possible with clear explanation as to the dosage and likely side effects, I will not forget to mention the candies, chocolate, water that is available for all visitors/ patients. Lastly, the receptionist are very welcoming, patient (EXCEPT for one that puts on hijab) and tries to get appointments available for patients at the shortest possible time. The clinic is always clean including the washroom.
I wish that there were negative stars for some select businesses!! I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT I WAS ON AN EPISODE OF PUNK'D!!!!! When I spent a half hour filling out forms and waiting for what I have no clue...because when the receptionist called me over she claimed that there was a "problem" with my Ontario Health card!! My health card is completely valid and does NOT expire until 2027!!!! However, I was told the visit would now cost $45!!!!!! Is this some kind of scam or fraud going on at this clinic? I went straight to another clinic and had NO ISSUE with using my Health Card!!!!!!!!!!!! What is going on over there There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my health card...there was however something wrong with my health...and I was refused health care unless I paid for it!!! Or she offered to go and 'speak to the doctor to see what he could do' about my perfectly fine health card!!! I am a Canadian citizen...have voted, worked, paid taxes, raised my children in this province...and you are going to REFUSE ME HEALTH CARE?
In Canada, finding a good doctor nowadays is a challenging task, much like searching for a unicorn. I am grateful to have found an exceptional doctor, especially considering the current state of our government. Since becoming his patient, my health has improved significantly due to his expert recommendations and guidance. He has also been helpful in suggesting lifestyle changes that have contributed to my improved health. Prior to meeting him, I had not seen a doctor in two to three years due to the lack of reliable physicians available. I had been forced to switch doctors repeatedly, which was a frustrating experience. However, this doctor has proven to be the best I have ever encountered. He is highly skilled, caring, and accurate, and provides sound advice. I hope you understand the challenges we face in this country with regards to dishonest doctors. I consider myself fortunate to have found an honest and reliable doctor. Thank you.
Do not go to the clinic. Any walk in clinic would be better than this one. Literally any one. Only thing which is good about this place is their pharmacy. Replying to the owner below - I visited the clinic on Saturday around 1pm. Problem is the walk in clinic doctor not pharmacist. That doctor made me wait 2+ hrs and then when you checked he asked for sample and said while i am giving sample he will see someone else. ( i was like okay he would be done in 5min or so) but he again made me wait 15min. Now here is the thing, waiting is not the problem. What his “ medicial knowledge” tells him is the problem. Because he made me wait this long my back started hurting ( it was not hurting for past 2 days i was sick but when he made me wait) you know what his professional reply was when i told him why my back hurt - he said I DONT LOOK SICK AS OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE WAITING. Like my sickness was not valid. This never happened to me before. After this he write a letter to send me to ER saying my appendix might burst. So what is it? Am i not sick enough for him but sending me to ER? I will give you a call as well to explain this same thing but i would like other customers to know what is happening. FYI - Tried calling you now but the phone is justing giving beeping noise no answer.
Excellent customer service, doctor are really human and kind, the attention is fast, I'm so happy to find this clinic and also the pharmacy is excellent
I've been going to this pharmacy for almost 10 years now , since it's in the same building as my doctor's office . earlier this week I called to get a prescription refilled and for them to get my doctor's approval . when the prescription was ready , I got a call and was told I owe a 145$ for last month, and they tried to say when I got my meds delivered last month that I didn't pay the driver , when I even told him to keep the change and gave him a tip , when I'm ODSP and paying out of pockets for meds not covered . What kind of driver would do a delivery and not call the cops after not getting paid and wait a month to report it to the pharmacy I've been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years and thinking about switching back to shoppers and go in person to pick up my prescriptions again from now on . I don't like getting accused of ripping you off when I've been a good customer for years .
