It was a pretty random night and I was looking for something new. This place has some of the freshest sea food dishes. Refreshing, great quality, and the portions are l hugeeeee. Glad I went and explored, this place did not disappoint. Will be coming back.
La Puerto is a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican cuisine beyond just tacos! We tried the shrimp and fish ceviche, chorizo chilaquiles, picadas, and empanadas — everything was bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, and each dish was fresh and satisfying. Perfect for anyone craving bold, authentic Mexican flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.
Very good seafood! I was looking for this kind of Mexican style seafood soups and another dishes for so long till finally went to this place is so good, the service and the price as well. I recommend shrimp soup and the steam shrimp is very good to share.
The food is really great! I tried their new item which is the Birria Tacos and it was packed with tons of flavour. It’s better than the places I usually go to for Birria Tacos.
Excellent place to go eat Mexican seafood, despite how hard is to eat fresh seafood here in Canada, this little gem it’s a treasure, definitely I’ll come back, finally found a good Mexican place to eat authentic seafood.
Be careful ordering delivery from this place. Food is not packaged carefully at all, they simply twist a knot on a plastic bag. Food can easily be tampered with by drivers Quality of food was sub par and overpriced for frozen shrimp.
I was there a few weeks back and ended up in the ER from food poisoning. I went there on Thursday and had the vuelve a la vida coctel. The a couple of hours later I was throwing up and the next day I ended up in the ER due to food poisoning. It was the worst experience ever. Clearly there was issues with the seafood and will never go back. The people are friendly and had no issues with the service but the food is definitely not fresh.
