Ordered a white charlie mcavoy boston bruins jersey on November 28th and I December 5th a black charlie mcavoy jersey was delivered. Is a gift for my son for Christmas and he already has the black one hence why I specifically ordered the white one. Have emailed numerous times with no response and every time you call the number it goes straight to Voice-mail which I have also left numerous messages. Stay clear of this business!!
Do NOT purchase a custom jersey from here! I have never had a custom jersey where they sew through the numbers and use a white contrasting thread through the middle of the front portion of the sleeve! They promised replacement, and of course didn’t follow through - quintessential modern day company, not customer centric.
Quick turnaround and quality work. Beautifully hand sewn jersey. I ordered an Adidas PrimeGreen jersey that they are cleaning stock on, so it was in sale, and received within 6 days of ordering it. 1 thing I would suggest is to have it sent from a bag instead of straight into the UPS box. I would definitely order from Coolhockey again.

Dear Cool Hockey Team, I’ve been a loyal customer who has spent thousands with your company, but I’m extremely disappointed with how my most recent order has been handled. I placed an order for a customized jersey on September 11th, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received it as of October 29th. Your representative Marley initially told me the jersey would be shipped out the week I first contacted you — that week came and went with no update. When I reached out again, Marley said my address had been lost, even though the jersey was supposedly finished and ready to go. I was told it would ship “ASAP,” yet more than a week has passed and there’s been no shipping confirmation or communication. I’ve sent several emails and left voicemails, but no one has responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a company I’ve supported for years and recommended to others. Please look into this immediately and provide a tracking number or refund. I expect a clear response within 48 hours before I escalate the issue further.
I’ve bought several jerseys from Cool Hockey. However, I am very disappointed in their customer service. I participate in their annual fantasy hockey pool, and was told I won a free jersey in May of 2024. I have never received my free jersey. I’ve emailed several times and have been ignored. Update: They claimed they never got my emails. Received a coupon code that didn't include customization even though it was supposed to. They are refusing to rectify their error. I will not be shopping at Cool Hockey in the future.
