The positive reviews are spot on! Called and got booked for an in home visit for the same day. Sam, their technician was all business, even came with a spare part, just in case. The issue however required the TV be taken to the shop for the repairs. It was taken, and returned the next day, and hooked back up. Sam tested it, then gave me the remote to put it thru its paces. All is good, and for a great deal less than a replacement. Thanks SMART TV Repairs!!

Smart TV repair Toronto was an awful experience when it came to repairing my TV in a week. Smart TV repair took full advantage of myself and my mom a senior and charged us over $400 for the Samsung frame to be repaired. The one connect box that they repaired broke down within a month after the initial repair and there was no repair repair done after the warranty was still in effect. We were told this was a different issue and you have to pay more. Smart TV repair Toronto was nothing more than a cash grab, totally feel we were taken advantage of. Do not let this happen to you!

Called for a quote today after someone from a different company mounted my tv and accidentally broke it. That company is willing to pay for repair, but I need a written estimate. I called Smart TV Repair Toronto. Horrible customer service. Even the way he answered the phone wasn't great. Anyways, he said it would be about $300 just for the screen part. I asked if he could give me a quote in writing and offered to send pictures, he said a written quote can only be provided if they come to see the TV and there would be charge. Funny because the website clearly states free quotes. Anyways, maybe they're great at fixing TV's, but could certainly work on phone etiquette and the website could specify quotes are free if you need them in writing. I'll try somewhere else.
