The girl working at the Eglinton West location has a very poor attitude. Unfortunately, it makes the customer experience unpleasant. Management should ensure better service standards.
One star off because the vapor liquid is in a client accessible cabinet but they flip out if you take one to the cashier yourself. If you don't want people touching them TURN THE CABINET AROUND. Stupid design. Apparently the owner (dumbly) demanded it be that way.
I purchased 4-5 vapes from here all at different times. I thought it was the manufacturers fault with defective products so I just kept going back. I found out they are selling years old faulty ones. They are all defective making noise and blowing out smoke by itself sounding like its going to explode and start an electrical fire at any moment. If you dont want your vape to explode in your face while smoking it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Your face and limbs are not worth these $30 faulty expired vapes.
I don’t know names but buddy with the long hair is chill and helpful, however I wish I could give 0 stars for for that dude in the back with the tattoos. Needs to be retrained to talk nicely with clients, if that is the manager for this location I’m terribly sorry for the owner. If he is the owner then I don’t know what to say. Absolutely terrible!! Wait till that man is not in to come into this store if not don’t waste your time. He clearly doesn’t want new consumers. This is coming as a business owner my self
I’m not a vaper myself by any means, but given by the positive google reviews from others, I would assume that this company knows what they're doing to make customers very satisfied.
First ,very welcoming. I had a million questions, they all take their time with me, no rush. The thing that impressed me most, sold me what I needed to get started, told me straight that I didnt need a super expensive one,as I thought!Very very honest. Good people
They've got knowledgable staff and everything you need to get started vaping. If you've got any questions they can answer them. Been going here for 2 years now and I've been smoke free for 3 years. By far the best selection of flavors and vaporizers you can find.
