I had a very unpleasant experience at this store located at 1901 Weston Rd. The staff (likely the owner) was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I asked politely about a supplement, and he immediately became aggressive, yelled at me, and pointed his hand toward me. When I asked him to stop, he continued shouting and insulting me, so I decided to leave, as stooping to his level would make me like him. Based on my experience and other customer reviews, it seems the staff consistently treats customers rudely. This person could benefit from anger management and proper customer service training. In my professional opinion, retirement might be the best option. I feel sorry that someone would behave this way—life is too short to be bitter and unpleasant. I hope he can find help and healing, because this behavior is far from what one would expect from a civilized person. I will never go back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this man.
Like others have said. I’m assuming it was the owner, but I felt uncomfortable being in the store. Felt like just because I was browsing that I was an inconvenience. You’re not allowed to touch any product, you have to ask for help and you can’t see the prices without picking up most of the items, so not the best experience. I won’t ever be back, that’s for sure. Was a waste of an hour walk on a nice day and an excuse to go pick up some supplements. Save the trip.
I have found his suggestions of products for issues Ive had to be very knowledgeable-and even brand vs brand and ultimately- were very helpful in solving my issues... since Dr's are not at all well versed in naturopath alternatives. He keeps abreast of the latest products that are effective, so I have trusted and have confidence in his recommendations and been more than pleased. Always check expiry dates.
Horrible customer service. Was almost standoff-ish, like he was annoyed to answer my questions. Maybe they don’t know how to run a business, they certainly lost mine. Zero stars
Very bad service, the older man looked angry since I entered the store and when I left I thanked him because it was not what I was looking for and he didn't even answer me.

Horrible customer service!! While purchasing an item we found out we can get it way cheaper and asked for our money back. The clerk would not return our money. He flat out refused and was very rude. Didn't even step a foot out of the store and he still refused. Very poor customer service and very rude. First time purchasing there and will never go back! I wish there was an option to put no stars to post this message.
