I called ahead near closing time, and the doctor agreed to stay late to see my 4-year-old who had developed some troubling symptoms. We got the prescription we needed, and were saved a trip to the ER. The receptionist was empathetic and cooperative. Very grateful!
The receptionists are excellent and very kind, and they also speak Spanish, which makes communication much easier. Dr. Ibrahim is simply fantastic – an outstanding, caring, and very professional doctor. I highly recommend this clinic!
I don’t understand the reason for so many complaints, because my experience with this clinic has always been very positive. I’ve been there several times and I am truly grateful. The receptionists deserve special recognition: they are always kind, respectful, and willing to help in any situation. They also speak Spanish, which is very helpful for those who are not fully comfortable with English yet. This care and attention make a huge difference in the service provided. Dr. Ibrahim is extremely professional and patient. He takes his time with each patient, listens carefully, and explains everything clearly, which brings confidence and peace of mind. I would also like to highlight the pharmacy next door, which I consider excellent. The prices are fair, and the staff are always helpful and very friendly. Overall, I can only thank them for the warm, human, and high-quality care I receive every time I visit.
I waited 1 hour and a half . Saw the doctor he prescribed me medication I been on for years I explained to him and the front desk that I ran out of refills and I moved locations so I needed refills on medication . He did not give the access code to the pharmacist to pay for my medication . I am covered by Ontario works . As I explained to them I have on to walk in clinics and the doctor gave access so I can pay for my medication through my insurance Ontario works. It was a waste my time, and I’m out of my diabetes medication, so hopefully I don’t collapse any time soon. I am low on money due to being sick I used my last money to go to the clinic . Horrible experience do not recommend stay away. I left crying .
Excellent service from the moment you arrive, with the very friendly receptionist. The doctor listens to you and performs all the necessary checkups. I highly recommend this Walk-In Clinic. The receptionist speaks Spanish 10 out of 10
After reading many negative reviews about this clinic I didn't expect much but still gave a visit because I live near by and my family doctor just retired, turned out it's great. The staff at front desk is nice and the doctor was really helpful with my backache issue. I'm glad this clinic is in the neighborhood.
Staff does not know what they are doing. I filed a report against them. I actually tried contacting the clinic multiple times to speak with the owner of the clinic the reception gave me the run around told me he's here this day u call oh he's only here this day took 2 weeks for them to tell me he works at the pharmacy next door.
