Not everyone at this branch is the same But I had a very bad experience with a Sales person the name FABRICIO very rude person He should not be on sales sense he doesn’t know how to deal with new clients
As an home owner i not really understand all the plumbing issues and I was ver lucky to come across this supplier. was looking for parts for my basement shower and Alex was that guy who took care of me right away. after showing him my pictures he knew exactly what to give it to me to make it work and even gave me some helpful tips how to add a shower rod with hose and what I need to buy. reasonable prices easy to find. knowledgeable and very friendly place.
I've been to a few Next locations, Noble and Wosley stores, and the staff at the Industry St location are by far the most helpful. They take the time to help you find the parts you need. Great store and great service.
