I’m so grateful I found this store changed cell phone provider in October and tried inserting a SIM card and did a poor job. So happy I found this store they fixed it and explained how not to do that again. Price was reasonable for the repair great job
I had my phone repaired before christmas. My phone dropped and the screen cracked and my side buttons stopped responding. They had the phone repaired overnight, however they screwed up my front camera, and there is a new chip on my screen they tried to hide with a screen protector. Repaired my Samsung S21 screen and got a replacement phone. I used the phone after 8 months, and the camera doesn't work. He won't even look at the phone and says it's not his problem. Stay away shady characters. So unprofessional.

If you need a "cheap" repair this might be the place for you. The parts used to repair my Google Pixel were obviously substandard and as now my phone glitches and their technician offered no sort of explanation and suggested that I was making up the complaint. Additionally my laptop screen was BROKEN and of course obviously the technician claimed I brought it in like that. Although I left it like that to avoid any conflict , I WOULD NOT suggest repairing any device at Tech Solutions .

These guys are the best spot I’ve found in the city for phone repair. I break a lot of phones. I had to shop around to find reasonable pricing on my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen replacement. Apple wanted $800…….the cheapest I found was close to $400 and these guys beat that price. Incredible products and service.
