The car wash machine is not working properly, they continue to provide service without notifying that the top roller is not working and the car is not cleaned completely, plus the vaccum pipe is broken:(
I made a purchase of a phone charger today and walked out the door. 2 feet away from the door I realized the charger head came off so I walked back inside to the same person who sold it to me and asked for it to be replaced and she told me NO! Now obviously that pissed me off as a customer. It wasn’t even 2 mins before I came back in and asked for a replacement. I didn’t want to argue with her so I said I’ll make a report and complaint later to someone else because maybe just maybe she was having a bad day… Giving her the benefit of the doubt. To my surprise the guy on the next shift said he can’t do anything about it since he didn’t sell it to me even with the receipt. If he had been the one who sold it to me he would’ve replaced it but now he can’t . This happened at 385 Weston Rd. Honestly don’t know why I’m wasting my time leaving a review or concern because I know nothing will be done about it. So as a business owner with several gas passes for petro, I’ll definitely be looking into other avenues for my drivers to refuel. If I can be treated that way it’ll be a shame to know how my employees are being treated at fuel stops…
The wash is not working and the turban man on the counter was not on the counter and didn’t cooperate I was in the wash station but no one respond when I stuck inside. Frustrating
We have bought the windshield washer fluid and it was fake. Water with colourising. It was freezing when the temperature was minus 7-10. It’s not safety, please don’t buy it here
⛔️ Ladies beware!!! If I could give this Petro zero stars I would. My friends and I had a super uncomfortable and weird experience at this Petro. Upon walking in to buy some snacks, we were immediately hit on by a man in a yellow petro jacket uniform at the register. As we were checking out paying for our things, he continued to harass us — saying things like “your hair is so beautiful”, asking us creepy questions and catcalling us. Two of us were also Asian (but not Japanese) and were told racist comments such as “welcome from Japan!!” This was such an uncomfortable experience and we will not be coming to this Petro again. Posting this to let other ladies know and stay safe — don’t get your gas here!!!
My Vehicle has been broken into multiple times this month. A credit card was stolen and used at this location. It would be a great service to the community if they gave us the photos of the thieves that used it(it would be on their camera )instead they told us to get the police to get the photos which I'm going to take a Wild guess and say it won't be a priority.
Got here to get some of the cheapest gas in the city for the day, that amazing 163.9 cents for litre gas! Ya imagine the price! Anywa petro gives best deal usally. We got in quick and got the gas. Then decided to do a quick carwash too. Good stuff. Easy money for the gas station.
