Horrible costumer service!!! Went in to buy drinks and needed to use washroom before and she wont open washroom unless buy something first. Absolutely the worst experience ever!
11.57pm 3rd of May I know it's a night shift. But still, saying 'hello' or even a smile, it would be very much appreciative. Rather, I got an eyebrow communication with rude expression, which indicates "what you want." It's disrespectful. Just saying!
This morning when I was going to fill up my tank the pumps were blocked while the technician was doing gas test. I'm not sure if they had some irregularities on the gas.
The only thing that disappoint me is that the pump’s doesn’t has the tap option, you need to introduce the card BUT the pumps dispatch the gas super fast and you don’t need to hold it
It really bothers me when their machines are out of paper for receipts. Then I have to go into the store, wait in line in order to ask for a receipt. That's what I'm trying to avoid in the first place! How hard is it to keep those paper rolls filled?! This was at 8:10 am too, not the end of the day!
Great gas quality, customer service is non existent. Once I was trying to get my air miles card to work and the gas attendant yelled at me through some hidden speaker. I figured it out, pumped my gas, and was on my merry way.
Didn’t realize so many people have had a bad time with this place. I don’t live too far so this is where I go when I need a quick snack or something. I’ve only had good experiences. I forgot my mask going in there the other day and while they said to bring one next time they were also pretty understanding.
