I use this laundry mat to wash large items every atleast every couple of months for over a year now. It's usually pretty busy. No matter what time or of the day or week. Anytime I've had an issue with the washer not working properly or the machine taking money . The owner has responded in a timely manner which I appreciate. And when I have spoken to him in person he is very nice and polite. I understand these washers are expensive and just as much to repair but I think majority of these machines need an over haul. Especially the big ones as there is always aline up for them. And there is a problem with atleast 1 everytime I go. Also, the sink needs to be repaired and cleaned. And maybe put in a soap dispenser for wash your hands. Thank you
Machine are dirty and have mold growing in them and lint trays aswell my clothes now smell like mold and will need washed again after just spending 30 there to wash them Very disappointed
Has been dirty every time I've gone. (after I posted this review someone came and cleaned. Interesting) Gets extremely busy on the weekends. During weekday afternoons people just hang out in here waiting for buses, meeting friends, eating, doing their thing, who needs a mask? Normally cool, but not very cool right now is it? Update: one of the machines did not drain so I thought I would tell the owner to check on it. His response is that blankets break his machines and he has a notice to use the large machine. There are only two large machines so they are never available. This is the first time having this problem ever happen using laundromats all over for over a decade. Never before has a machine not drained when washing a blanket. Way to blame the customers for your machines.
The machines work well; the dryers tend to shred my towels though. I was separating my clothing out of the washer (I hang dry somethings at home) and b/c one more person wanted the washer I had been using the owner DARED to reach into the machine I was emptying and tried to take my clothes out. I stopped him and told him that was terrible customer service. He, and the next customer, could have had more patience. An extra minute of your day is totally doable. Too bad this is the closest laundromat to my place. I will never go on the weekend again. Terrible customer service. Actually quite embarrassing to be rushed out like that. I don't recommend it.
Very clean laundry mat and the washers are great. The reason behind the 3 stars are the driers they aren't the best so I have to leave to dry my clothes somewhere else.
Pros: Good working machines Clean environment. Friendly people inside. Helped me when I didn't know how to operate. Cons: Someone said they don't leave their laundry and go away due to security problems. I haven't noticed that first hand so cannot comment. Overall, a good laundry with everything necessary to do the job.
Good equipment, the place is a bit run down but hey, I just need to wash my stuff. It has an automatic lock door, it closes right at 9:30pm and unlocks at 6am so you have to stay with your clothes at night or you run the risk of having to leave your laundry overnight
