Great 5* service ! Literally amazed after being in so many lighting stores. Shaya took pictures of the lights I liked and offered to email me the dimensions with photos and pricing instead of having me wait around for 30 min. Impressive and great selection
I have worked a couple of times with Micheal over the last three years including during Covid and it is very easy to work with him especially via email. He is very responsive. The store itself is great and worth the visit with a great selection of designer lighting from which to choose. One area of improvement for Robinsons: it is not clear with whom we should consult when our contractor/electrician had questions related to installation. A couple of times we had questions but did not know where to turn. It would be helpful to have that direction so that I could give a five star review next time!
Exceptional store with a huge selection of goods. With the lighting, I had two people help me, and I believe they struggled to understand what I was saying. The hour-long drive there was a letdown for me. As I was leaving, somebody handed me a card and said, "Speak to Michael," adding that he works with designers. I suppose I'll call him for assistance.
I bought few lights from this showroom... I was explicit of white light and what I got was white-yellow, The sales associate started arguing about what luminance they have(3000K) vs what I want. 3000K is yellow white even google tells me about it. On top of that they are charging me for return. First they give me a wrong product and then they are not accepting the return. I would say stay away from them, they are bunch of scammers trying to trick you for money.
Micheal (yes, that is how it is spelled) has been so helpful to me over the past several months as I have selected many light fixtures from Robinsons. He helped me find one in particular that is a show piece over our dining table that is spectacular and transforms the space as only lighting can do. He has also been patient as I worked through many details of our renovation project. Thanks Micheal!
Wide selection but most of all - great advice and amazing customer service by Rody Ghosn made our purchase a wonderful experience. We will be back again, for sure!
My complaint was for the wrong store. I thought sescolite was union. Sescolite has a fantastic selection and I found the staff to be very happy and friendly
