I am a patient myself here. It has been very helpful since I have attended the programs. I see myself recovering well. I can see a big difference before I started the programs and now that I am attending the programs; when It comes doing the house chores etc. Shantie the secretary is very nice and helpful and all ofrece there staffs are nice and helpful like Alison and Jil. I really recommend others to come to this place?
No live reception to speak with about the treatment, procedures and booking an appointment. This is not the right way of providing easiness to the patients.
A relative of mine has been a client at this centre for a short period of time. In that time she has received outstanding service, support and treatment from Alison and other therapists. The employees here have made her and myself feel welcomed and made each visit pleasant and stress free. A big thank you goes to Shante who is not only professional but kind and accommodating. My experience at Focus Physiotherapy has been great so far. I didn't imagine my self needing physiotherapy, however accidents can happen at anytime. The staff here are amazing. Subpar ohip physio clinic UPDATE*** PLEASE NEVER COME BACK??? what? I gave an honest review and it hurt your feelings and you tell me not to come back to a Government run clinic?? Not only is your clinic sub-par, but apparently the management is too!
