I called in 12 hours prior and reserved some tires. When I got there I was greeted by the manager/ boss man. they were sold to someone else, and he showed me 1 size down for a set of 4 which I accepted cause the labeled tire was in good condition and I couldn’t tell if the others were stacked to the right or left for this set. He left for lunch After install I had to remind them to give me back of my air caps and hub centric rings which kept me distracted from the bigger issue. Later when I deeply inspected the tires I realize they installed the good looking ones with tread on the drivers side and the worn out unmatched pair on the non drivers side so I wouldn’t notice immediately. When I say worn out I mean significantly. I was told 80% tread and to be honest 1/4 was correct ( the labeled one ) another one was 60% and the last 2 /4 on the passenger side were 30% … very disappointed since I made sure to ask multiple times. Beware
Really bad experience – first and last time going there. I came in for a winter tire change (tires already on rims). While I was waiting, I saw two other customers come back asking for refunds, which already made me nervous. I checked the Google reviews on my phone and realized this wasn’t a one-off. They did change my tires, but then just threw them back in my car without the tire covers I brought with me. What a joke. They also convinced me to do rust proofing, but they literally didn’t do anything properly. I’ve had rust proofing done on my other cars before – they drill small holes, remove plugs, open the hood and doors, and actually apply the product. These guys didn’t even open my hood or doors. It felt like I paid for nothing. Overall, save your time and your money. I would not recommend this place
I made three appointments for the safety certificate of my vehicle. In all three of them, they told me that I had to come later after taking different customers. In the last one, they told me the price was higher than the one we agreed on and when I said we did not agree on that price, they told me to go somewhere else. I definitely do not recommend it. It is the last place to go.
I recently visited this mechanic with a friend because our regular mechanic was unavailable. We went in for a simple safety check, but they told us the car needed new rotors and brake pads, quoting us $600 for the job. This seemed suspicious, especially since my friend’s car is barely a year old. Wanting a second opinion, we went back to our regular mechanic, who confirmed that everything was in perfect condition — no need to replace the rotors or pads. It felt like this place was trying to take advantage of us by pushing unnecessary repairs. On top of that, we spent over two hours there and still ended up paying for the visit. This experience left a bad taste, and I genuinely can’t recommend this shop to anyone.
I highly recommend avoiding this place due to terrible service provided by the owner, Zee, who lacks licensed mechanics and failed to complete the job properly, leading me to spend nearly $8000.
They sell rolledback odometer cars, its worth it to get the carfax if you get a car from them. No point in giving a deposit they are greedy and if someone else offers a higher price even after you paid the deposit they will f you over. Be careful. Huge time waste. Didn’t mistook, they were selling a private sale car
AutoBroz advertise tires for sale! I spoke to someone through messenger regarding a pair of winter tire that they had for sale and ask if they were available the person I spoke to said that they were. So the first thing the next morning I was there when they opened to purchase them and I was told that they were sold. They proceeded to try and sell me something different for double the price. I think the gentleman that was helping me was Sam he did try hard to find me something but it didn’t turn out the way I was hoping. 2 of the tires he was try to sell me had already been plugged from previous leaks so I left with no tires and a empty gas tank on a wasted trip because communication with whoever I had spoke to the previous day has no clue on what’s really going on with this business. So beware of who you are dealing with when at this business. Received a call from Sam the manager later that day and was told to swing by the following day and he’d make it right. So what I’m saying now is he honoured his word and I’m good to go. Thanks Sam
