Winter Tire Swap Warning. So I know everyone is frantic to get their winter tires on as the snow is finally here. I just wanted to make a post about some bad customer service I experienced this morning. I stopped by Save on Tires at Eglinton&Marlee to ask about buying 2 new tires and doing a tire swap. They were busy, understandably. I was polite, said good morning and waited my turn. When the owner got to me I explained what I needed and he skipped past 6-8 appointment times saying he couldn't do it until later because he was prioritizing people buying 4 tires. The man in front of me had just ordered 2 tires and a swap which was the exact thing I wanted. Not sure why he rudely didn't want to put me next in line like everyone else. Maybe because I'm a woman or maybe because he was getting greedy. Anyways he said if I didn't like it then take my business somewhere else which I did. Sad that he had to treat me like that for no apparent reason, I definitely won't be going there again.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TIRE place IN TORONTO and With the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES by FAR!!!! LADIES - IT IS THE CLEANEST OFFICE WITH CANDLES TO SIT IN while you wait about 25 - 30 minutes. Best experience I had had in 40 years of driving! 1000+++++ The Owner is so accommodating and kind and the service exceptional!
Excellent service. Just left there and they went above and beyond honestly. Bob and both David's did my tire service Ina very timely matter and communicated with me along the steps of the way. Very fair and straightforward pricing as well as short wait times today. I will be back!
Great shop! I made a quick phone call earlier today to check stock and I was welcomed in quickly. I drove right in. Great prices, friendly staff and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Definitely going back for all my tire needs and I feel very comfortable referring folks as well. Thanks all!
These guys are awesome! Efficient, polite, helpful, and they were able to fix my flat (remove, repair, put back on) within about 15 minutes of my unscheduled arrival for a reasonable price.

Yesterday, I went to buy winter tires. The place was empty, so I decided to wait outside before going in. I parked near the entrance, and someone rudely asked me to move because they were expecting other customers. I asked if I needed an appointment, and they said no. This morning, to avoid any issues, I called to book an appointment. After trying for hours, someone finally answered. I requested an appointment for the same afternoon, and they told me they were free at that time. When I arrived, the owner didn’t speak to me, and I was left waiting for 15 minutes until an employee asked what I needed. I told them I had an appointment, but they said they couldn’t help me because they were fully booked. Frustrated, I asked why they even bother taking appointments if they don’t honor them. The employee said it’s up to the owner. Honestly, the service is terrible, the reception is awful, and I wouldn’t recommend trying to call ahead, send an email, or book an appointment—it’s useless. The only way to know if they’re available is telepathically. If you’re still considering going, make sure to leave plenty of time, as Eglinton is always heavily congested, and just getting through one street can take over 15 minutes. If they can’t assist you, you’ll spend another 30 minutes just trying to leave the premises.
