Great staff and experience normally but I just went to pick something up and at 10:50 he said it was closed even tho it closes at 11. Why :( I don’t have time to go to another dispo now ???
The store has leveled up a lot, the stock is so much better now, staff have always been amazing but if you’re a regular you’d know how much they have improved their stock, the shop’s more welcoming now with the changes on the main entrance and the staff is amazing as always.
GO TO EAGLE I CANNIBIS CHEAER AND THEY DO PRICE MATCH AND THEY ACTUALLY OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY OPEN DO NOT COME HERE if u wanna waste ur friggen time they open at 9am but it’s 10:30 and they r still closed locked up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL buisness seems like a scam to pretend its open but its really not especially when u walk 15 mins to go there for it to be closed when it says open NO ONE CAN EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE DO NOT waste ur money there
There’s a consistent lack of inventory at this location… I was in the other day when the sales associate told me Thursdays are 25% off anything… to find out that they do not have much of anything by Thursday. Wasted time and gas going here a few times.. no more
There were two signs on the door that said back in 10 and the other back in 15 mins. Who ever was there didn’t return for over 20 minutes. Just lost briskness nice one kushklub
Constantly out of stock. Bizarrely - they choose to wait up to a *week* to restock at a time. I don’t run a retail business - and I’m no expert - but I’m pretty sure this isn’t how you run a business. Toronto’s not out of product. All the other dispensaries in the area keep their product in stock. What’s the deal?
Great store, friendly staff, everything was so clean and organized. Overall Loved the vibes. Lauren in particular really helped to find the best strain for me. will definitely be returning!
