When I arrived I was informed that there was no longer indica because the person who was ahead of me bought it all and was very disappointed but they gave me a really great deal to make up for not having indica and the weed was good!!! I would def come here again.
Placed an online order. Called me to say they didn’t have it. Woman asked do you want a refund or pick something else. I said refund. She said okay. We hung up. I call her back 2 minutes later I said how long does the refund take she said I don’t know and was muffled. I said repeat that please? She said three business days. You get it in three business days but maybe longer or shorter it depends but I did process it right now. I said you have no idea what you’re doing clearly. I recorded both conversations with my other phone because my intuition telling me she’s scamming or doesn’t know what she’s doing. Three days later no money. When a dispensary does this. Fun fact you can report them to the alcohol and gaming commission of Toronto. I did it once to a place that said they don’t offer refunds at all and that I was going to have to wait 5 hours for my product which I couldn’t do. That place had said well we don’t refund so it’s your loss then so I reported them and now here. This place never issued me a refund. Be very careful. I’ll be going there in person to deal with the situation. I’ll play the recordings of what the woman said but honestly based upon other reviews I think they’re scamming and lack business practis that are up to standard. They’re reported now so they can answer to the government about why they have so many complaints. Don’t send e transfers. They just keep money.
I recently visited the weed shop and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Lance. His knowledge and recommendations made the selection process easy, and the quality of the weed exceeded my expectations. Lance's professionalism and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop, especially with employees like Lance who enhance the overall customer experience.
Unreliable, communication with customers is horrid. Never have products unless it’s full ounces, the male employee was very kind and helpful. Ever since he was let go, I will not be returning there.
Love this place more so with the new guy being there he is amazing he makes u feel welcomed in to the shop he is very helpful friendly and has plenty of experience really cool down to earth helpful guy he is I'll definitely be coming back as long as he is working there he always makes sure the clients leave happy and not snappy lol
This store can cover each person’s individual needs from medical to recreational and have gone above board to find you what you are looking for in a very courteous manner. Overall a great shopping experience.
