The shop came highly recommended from my mechanic. I drove my car over after having my entire front end ripped off at a gas station while I was filling up. The reception couldn’t have been better. Chris got the car rental company to pick me up, made a quote; towed the car up to the auto collision reporting center; handled the insurance claim and most importantly repaired the vehicle which had $10,000 in damages. I picked up the car today. He had the car completely detailed. It has never looked better inside and out. I can’t imagine anyone receiving better service in auto collision. This man knows his business and has exemplary customer service. 5***** (stars).

Chris and the team were super helpful when our car was side swiped. Service was transparent, timely and they walked us through the insurance claim process. I have known Chris Borson, the owner of Castle Auto Collision for nearly 30 years since the days of running the family auto repair business. We have been sending both clients and family to their collision repair center since their onset. Today, we picked up my son's car that need repairs after a collision, and to this day they have not disappointed us. The attention to detail was outstanding in their repairs and body work. Replacing body panels, doors and bumpers, and painting are a daily routine, however the mastery of old school body restoration and repair is a dying art. I FEEL LIKE I PICKED UP A BRAND NEW SUV!!!! I had an unfortunate hit-and-run accident and my left rear quarter panel was damaged and had a missing tail light. I also had a plethora of stone damages on my hood, roof, and windshield from the back of a dump truck. I was referred to Chris at Castle Auto Collision. I have NEVER claimed anything through insurance before and the admin staff walked me through the entire claims process, even coordinated my rental pick up and vehicle preference. This is a family business and they certainly treat you like one of their own. I received my SUV today and it was the day I bought it. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out! MATT did an amazing job repainting the panels - he has the arm of a robot - it's like OEM perfection. Everyone here is VERY professional with their work.
