Put their stupid license plate advertisement on without aaking me first, broke one bolt hole, and left two empty. If I come in for a simple job, that all I expect to be done to my car.
I have been coming to Paul's Service for 15 years. In that time I've owned 5 vehicles, 3 GM's and 2 Hondas. Anytime I have an issue, Paul's guys always find the cause, notify me and fix it. Never had to bring those cars back for the same issue. They treat people with respect and are always willing to help get me back on the road.

Place was good few years ago , but not anymore unfortunately. I went there for alignment, they did it wrong the first time basically didn’t do anything. Took the car back second time still didn’t do the job. Had to take my car to another shop to get the alignment . Pay two different places for one alignment….
