He worked with us and our schedule to get our car in when we needed it, his prices were very reasonable, he responded quickly to my emails, and provided terrific customer service. Our car came back looking good as new with a short turnaround time. When my wife was waiting to pick up our car, he and his staff gave her a bottle of water which was very thoughtful. Also, without asking and without paying any extra, the inside and outside of the car were cleaned. We felt very looked after. I would strongly recommend using Northwest Collision if you need to get your car repaired!
