I had a great experience with this three-generation-owned mechanic shop. The team is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. They were also very accommodating with scheduling and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m glad I found them—definitely my go-to mechanic from now on!
I cannot rave about these guys enough. Anytime I've ever had any issues with my car they have been honest and forthcoming with me. I was hit once in a parking lot while I was away from my vehicle they cooperated with me to make sure that everything got done properly communication was great throughout the whole process. Would Highly recommend them for their honesty, diligence and professionalism.

I visited Euro Auto this week to have some repairs done on my 2002 VW new beetle. The staff did an excellent job! My car is now running like new. I would highly recommend this shop at 401 Weston Road for all your auto repair needs. They are kind, caring and very, very competent.
I brought my 2011 VW Jetta here for a DriveON safety certification after calling the day before and being assured it would be inspected and ready by end of day. The drop off process itself was smooth. The parking was clearly marked and the key drop box made it easy to leave the car early in the morning. Unfortunately, everything after that point was disappointing. Five days passed before I finally received a call. Over the phone I was told the car failed safety due to body rust. That part was fair since the car does have rust that could be flagged under HTA guidelines. The problem came when I went to pick it up and the mechanic explained that once he noticed the rust he stopped the inspection. In other words they had my vehicle for five full days and never completed a full safety check. What was promised to be a one day turnaround became nearly a week only to be told something they could have determined in the parking lot within minutes. The service fee was waived on the assumption I would return but I chose to go to another mechanic where a proper inspection was carried out.
