**Update** I initially left this review blank because I had seen how the owner responded to reviews from others. I just gave my rating and that was it. In less than an hour, this is what I get from him. The complains about his arrogance and gross conduct couldn’t be more accurate. **Update 2** In 5 mins, I’m threatened again. Who even does this? Disgraceful!! Not once would it have crossed his mind that maybe, just maybe, he has room for improvement.

Don’t go here if you don’t want to be disrespected and your time to be wasted (the salesperson I dealt with had never heard of Kelley blue book). I didn’t know car dealerships that don’t negotiate exist - maybe they’re rare for a reason. As I continued to want to negotiate the price of their car, another sales person was brought in. I assume this guy is the one they bring in to defend their prices with his life when a customer wants to negotiate. I pointed out that the car’s exterior was in much worse condition in person than their pictures imply, he responded defensively and confrontationally. Overall, they are just extremely unprofessional here and clearly have not received any formal sales training. How am I supposed to pay full price for a car that I’m not allowed to test drive until we agree upon a price? I did not go in here to waste time. I was a ready buyer but will not be returning here.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID; the owner is a grumpy guy with one of the worst attitudes in the entire GTA. It's really challenging to communicate and don't listen to customers.
