I dealt with David (sales) and Paul (manager), and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication from David was consistently poor, and when we were passed on to Paul, things only got worse. His attitude over the phone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately decided to cancel the deal specifically because of the way we were treated. What followed was more frustration — we were given multiple promised dates for when our deposit would be returned, yet it took over a week of repeated follow-ups to finally be told the cheque had been shipped. The lack of professionalism, the attitude we received, and the misinformation provided — including being told it was legal to drive a vehicle for seven days without insurance — were all major red flags. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.
I had the pleasure of seeing Jose on purchasing my vehicle it was good to see him again and with the help of the finance department they helped me on getting approved on a car loan Jose and his team were very helpful and there service was superb I highly recommend going to see them on your car purchase thanks again Jose for your help really appreciate your help.
