Stay away if you want a propper safety. Max, the sailsman was great to deal with. The customer service rep on the other hand was terrible. Started yelling and swearing on the phone after dodgeing a bunch of calls. I was sold a truck with barely any heat, brake light out in the back, the rear end is vibrating like crazy do to a bent rim. I know this because there is about 30 counter weights on the rim from balancing. They removed the tires I was sold with the truck that were high end and full of tread left and put on cheap snow tires with the old valves and no caps. No spare tire. An obstructed rear view mirror but left one from the scrap yard in the back seat for me to change on my own. I was told the brake light could happen anytime. I picked the truck up the same day the customer service rep drove it. I was then told to drive back to Toronto so they could fix it. The reasoning was that "people make mistakes". Thank God the government has put it a law that they have to video tape the safety being done here on out. I've fixed my own issues with the truck as I don't want them laying another finger on it. Stay away from this place. Full of excuses

I bought a car from here last year, repairs and everything combined that I put into the car were costly and numerous until I became too poor to keep it and was only able to sell it for half of what I bought it for. I lost $10,000 in total essentially by the end of the ordeal. I learned a valuable lesson though, only to buy cars from dealerships that look official with all their cars indoors.
Id like to start off by saying it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Auto store Inc, especially with Max and Orlando, went in to buy a 2017 GMC 1500 and got exactly what I wanted. The process was not only smooth but the quality of customer service they provided me with was honestly a breath of fresh air, I went to 12 dealerships looking for a new truck for my company before finding this dealership and after having the pleasure to deal with Max and Orlando it was honestly amazing that we still have honest car dealers in Toronto, during the safety process, they went out of their way to get the interior of the car detailed before I picked it up and I also noticed it was under coated as well which mind you has never been done with with my experience and I’ve purchased 3 vehicles already, any issues I noticed got fixed instantly no haggling whatsoever. Thank you for being an amazing bunch and I’ll definitely be coming back when we upgrade our vehicles.
I visited this used car store to trade-in and buy a Van that was one size bigger than my Van and two years newer( my van is 2016 and their van was 2018). It should be noted that the performance of both cars was the same mileage. However, the reason for my low rate is; how The pricing of this store is because they valued my car as a scrap car($3000), and they valued their car($25000), which was worn out far from my car, at several times the price.!!!!!
