This company is a complete joke. Bought a car from them and had nothing but problems since we took it off the lot, took it back to them over and over and they couldn't find the problem but still tried to charge us.. the car ended up getting scrapped a year later.. wouldn't recommend this place no one.. wouldn't even give this place half a star
Bought a car with Frank last month and he was absolutely great to talk to and chat with. We asked so many questions and he was very accommodating and answered all of them. The car has been working really well. But, even when we have had some minor issues and questions about the car, we just texted him and he responded and called within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this shop and Frank.
Fantastic experience at this dealership. Chris and Frank were simply wonderful to deal with. They addressed any of my concerns or questions, and made the transaction go very smoothly. Picked up our Subaru freshly cleaned and mechanically sound. So many dealers in the GTA give off a shady vibe, but not at Premium. Down to earth approach, and friendly.
